New books are available in March, June, September, and December. We order a limited number of books for each three-month period, so subscribing is the best way to guarantee you receive the latest books.
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time in your account with just the click of a button.

Free shipping for subscriptions within Germany.
Shipping is available to EU countries and Switzerland. The cost will be calculated at the checkout based on your location.
Your first order will ship within 5 to 7 days. If you have subscribed, then you will receive your next set of books automatically. New books are shipped in March, June, September, and December. (Dates may vary slightly due to public holidays.)
You'll receive notification when your books have shipped along with tracking details.



Why subscribe?
We only order a limited number of books every three months. Subscribing to Story Post guarantees you receive the latest books. However, if you just want to try out Story Post or want to send a parcel as a gift, then one-time purchases are possible when stock is still available.

When will I get the books?
Your order will ship within 5 to 7 days. If you subscribe, you'll automatically receive new books four times a year in March, June, September, and December.
When will I be charged?
When you first subscribe, you will be charged right away. Future charges will be two weeks before your books are shipped. You'll receive an email a few days before you are charged so you can make any updates to your subscription, if needed.
You can also see your payment schedule in your account.
How do I update my details?
You can update your address and payment details by clicking on "login" at the top of the page. Don't worry - you don't need any special login details.
Simply provide your email address that you used to purchase the subscription. You'll then receive an email with a link to the page to your account.
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account, by using the "login" at the top of the page.
Please note, however, that if payment has already been taken for the next shipment, your cancellation will only take place after that delivery.
